We believe that work/life balance is essential for your personal health as well as productivity in the workplace.
Holiday Schedule
Plexus offers 10 paid holidays. In some cases, not all holidays will be scheduled, and employees will receive floating holidays to use at their discretion. Floating holidays will not carry over to the next calendar year and will not be paid out. Holiday hours are prorated for part-time employees based on their regularly scheduled work hours.
The paid holidays are as follows:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
