Your Time Away from Work

Plexus provides all full-time and part-time employees with time off following the death of immediate family members. This includes all step, half and in-law variations of the following:

• Spouse
• Children
• Siblings
• Grandchildren
• Parents
• Grandparents

If you wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member, please notify your supervisor as soon as possible. 

All full-time employees are eligible to take off up to 24 paid consecutive work hours as agreed upon with your supervisor/manager. Part-time employees are allowed to take a prorated amount of time based on their normal work hours, not to exceed 24 hours. 

Plexus offers a hybrid flexible workplace. Employees have the ability to work from a Plexus building, home or other location where the expectations of the job can be reasonably fulfilled.

Plexus' paid parental leave provides up to two weeks of pay to assist and support new parent relationships. The purpose of parental leave is to enable employees to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. We support our employees and their families during this critical time in family development and paid leave allows them to be together in the moments that matter.
