Your Time Away from Work

Plexus provides paid bereavement leave to all full-time and part-time team members to support their health and wellbeing by providing paid time away from work or absences related to the death of a family member and fellow Plexus team members.

Plexus full-time team members are eligible to receive up to 5 days of paid bereavement leave according to the tier and including all step, half, and in-law variations of the following:

• Tier 1 (5 Days*): Spouse, Child, Parent
• Tier 2 (3 Days*): Grandparent, Grandchild, Sibling
• Tier 3 (1 Day*): Aunt/Uncle, Niece/Nephew, Cousin, Plexus Employee

*Scheduled Work Days

Plexus part-time team members are eligible to receive a prorated amount of bereavement leave based on their full-time equivalent percentage.

Plexus team members who wish to take time off due to the death of a family member should notify their leader as soon as possible.

Plexus offers a hybrid flexible workplace. Employees have the ability to work from a Plexus building, home or other location where the expectations of the job can be reasonably fulfilled.

Plexus' paid parental leave provides up to six weeks of pay to assist and support new parent relationships. The purpose of parental leave is to enable employees to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. We support our employees and their families during this critical time in family development and paid leave allows them to be together in the moments that matter.
