We believe that work/life balance is essential for your personal health as well as productivity in the workplace.
Bereavement
Plexus provides all full-time and part-time employees with time off following the death of immediate family members. This includes all step, half and in-law variations of the following:
- Spouse
- Children
- Siblings
- Grandchildren
- Parents
- Grandparents
If you wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member, please notify your supervisor as soon as possible.
All full-time employees are eligible to take off up to 24 paid consecutive work hours as agreed upon with your supervisor/manager. Part-time employees are allowed to take a prorated amount of time based on their normal work hours, not to exceed 24 hours.
