Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a health condition or handle stress, we offer the support and care you need.

Mental Health Resources

We might feel overwhelmed sometimes with the day-to-day pressures of work obligations and family dynamics. You and your family have support through the changes and challenges life brings. Plexus provides several resources to help you and your family anytime you’re feeling anxious, sad, or just need to refocus.

Your medical plan includes behavioral health coverage. Behavioral health care services are covered the same as other office visits. For further details please see your plan’s SPD. Don’t forget, you have access to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions for no cost through the Plexus Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Confidential support is available from behavioral health experts if you or a loved one is struggling with:

  • Depression, anxiety and stress
  • Attention deficit disorder (ADD) or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Substance use and addiction
  • Mental health disorders

Behavioral health virtual visits provide quick and easy access to mental health professionals from your mobile device, tablet, or computer. To find providers for a behavioral health visit, use the Find a Doctor function on myuhc.com or the main search function on benefits.surest.com.

  1. Log in at myuhc.com.
  2. Click Find a Doctor > Mental Health Directory > People > Provider Type > Telemental Health Providers.
  3. Refine your search and choose a “telemental health provider.”
  4. Call the provider to set up a time.
