Welcome to Plexus! We’re glad you’re here. To help you get up to speed on your benefits, we’ve put important benefit information in one place so it’s there when you need it.

Getting Started

Here are 3 things you need to do to get started:

If you work more than 30 hours per week, you are eligible for all Plexus benefits. To participate in any of our benefit plans, you must enroll within 31 days of your date of hire.

If you work more than 20 but less than 30 hours per week, you are eligible for:

  • Life Insurance
  • AD&D Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Spring Health
  • Paid Time Off

 
If you work less than 20 hours per week, you are eligible for:

  • 401(k)
  • Spring Health
  • Paid Time Off

You may enroll the following family members in health and life insurance plans:

  • Your spouse
  • Children (biological, step and adopted) up to age 26
  • Foster children including any children placed with you for adoption
  • Any children for whom you are responsible under court order
  • Grandchildren in your court-ordered custody
  • Unmarried children of any age who are incapable of supporting themselves due to a mental or physical disability and who are totally dependent on you

 
NOTE: Dependent verification is required when adding a dependent for the first time. To ensure dependents covered on your Plexus medical, dental and/or vision plans meet the definition of eligibility, check the “eligible dependent” definition in the Summary Plan Description. This will be covered during new employee orientation and requested if you add a new dependent. Dependent verification forms can be found on the US Benefits Drive.

Choosing the right plans for you or your family is important, but it can be confusing. In addition to the information on this website, go ask ALEX. ALEX is our interactive educational website where you can compare medical plans, learn about health savings accounts, customize your benefit choices and more.

Before you enroll in Workday, give ALEX a try and see which plans work best for you.

New employees should enroll in their benefits as soon as possible, but no later than 31 days from the event date. Otherwise benefits will be waived. For hourly and salaried employees, benefit coverage begins on the date of hire.

  • Log in to your Workday account at https://wd5.myworkday.com/plexus/d/home.htmld. If you are accessing Workday from home, you will need to enter your network login credentials.
  • Go to the “Inbox”.
  • Select “Benefit Change – New Hire”.

If you need assistance logging in to your Workday account, contact your local HR representative or the Help Desk.

If your spouse has access to other subsidized medical coverage through their employer and you elect to cover them on your Plexus medical plan, $175/month will be deducted from your paycheck. You will be able to make this designation when you add your spouse as a dependent during enrollment in Workday
